  • Free Shipping – We provide free shipping across India on orders above
    ₹500.

REFUND POLICY

Our endeavor is to give you the best online shopping experience. However, if you are not satisfied with our products, then please follow our policy below:

  • Cancellations – You can cancel your order at anytime, provided we have not yet shipped your product. For cancellation, please e-mail: info@earthinspired.in

  • Returns – You can return the products within 5 days provided it fulfills the conditions mentioned below. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us on info@earthinspired.in​
  2. Confirm the products that you want to return.
  3. Once we receive and approve your return request via e-mail, please ship the product back to us.
  4. Our team will ensure that the product has not been used or damaged.
  5. We will then initiate the refund – we will refund the value of the product. We are unable to refund shipping & handling charges.
  • Damaged product - In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please email us on info@earthinspired.in​ and please add a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order.
          • Refunds - We will refund the value of the product (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 15 days of receipt of the product. 

          Under what conditions can I return / replace my product?

          • Wrong product delivered
          • Expired product delivered
          • Damaged product delivered – Physical damage / tampered product or packaging
          • Incomplete order – missing products

          Under what conditions return / replacement requests will not be accepted?

          • Opened / used / tampered products.
          • Original packaging (outer packaging / box, mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
          • The return / replacement request is generated after 5 days from the date of delivery.
          • The damaged / missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.

            Please note that all cancellations, returns & refunds are subject to the discretion of the Earth Inspired team.
